Michael and the team at Vaucluse Auto Repairs repaired my VW R32 recently. All details were attended to, and I received a very favourable price for the comprehensive work done. Even though the shop was busy, my car received prompt attention. When I took it out for a drive today, the engine roared and it felt like a brand new car. The team go above and beyond. As someone who doesn’t know cars, always asks my dad if I am being ripped off by mechanics. I was rest assured here and was in the best hands. My car legitimately drives and looks like it is brand new. I was always concerned about going to ‘the local mechanic‘ because I never thought I would receive the same service and value that you would from the large companies. I have to say how wrong I was. Sam is an extremely pleasant man and the last few times I have been here, they have delivered. Michael and the team at Vaucluse Auto Repairs are amazing! I have twice taken them my Mercedes 4WD with a nail in the tire and both times they have fixed them either while I waited or within the hour. And guess what....they didn't charge me. Nothing, zero, zip! I wouldn't hesitate to take my car to them for any issue or problem as they are knowledgeable (especially when it comes to luxury cars), honest, reliable and fast. I would give them 6 stars if I could.read more

Honestly these guys take really good care of their customers and I am one of them. Sometimes I service my SUV for specialist repairs with the car makers own team but for everything else I trust Michael implicitly and all I need do is drop off my keys and try to hustle him for a free nespresso .... 😀😀😀🎩🎩Update....Recently my car was hit twice in a snow storm.
